Eduardo Pérez Núñez was born in Cali Colombia in 1954, this city has seen the evolution and artistic projection in an initially empirical and later academic way through studies carried out at the Departmental Institute of Fine Arts of Cali, achieving the management of different techniques such as the oil, acrylic and inks.

In 2013, he achieved his personal work “ojos de ciudad”, which he exhibited at the Jorge Garcés Borrero Departmental Library and then on an itinerant basis through various cultural spaces of the Department.

Ojos de Ciudad is the unsuspecting gaze that reflects fears and joys, shaping Socio-Cultural and Political complaints that are well known worldwide.

Currently he ventures into new themes that go hand in hand with the changes in Art, without giving up his freedom of expression and respecting the freedom of interpretation by the public.
