1. Can I have my painting arrive at a different address?

Yes, during the payment process you will be expressly asked the address to which you want your products to be sent, this address may be the same or different from the billing address.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
Not for orders placed within Colombia, since shipments are made from Cali Colombia. If you are buying from another country, your local customs may charge a fee, which is usually the VAT of the product. For more information please contact your local customs office.

Is my package insured?
Yes, we guarantee your satisfaction and will refund or exchange any product that is damaged during shipping.

How can I know if my purchase has been sent?
At the time we send your order we will notify you via email sending you your tracking number online.

How much are the shipping costs?
Free for orders to the United States. Remember that we ship all over the world for the same price. In orders of several pictures we assume the extra cost of shipping.
